Something special
from simple things

It’s true, the materials aren’t exotic! They seldom
are. What’s really special is the alchemy which
our head craftswoman works on these humble
ingredients. The results are quite magical and
there for all to see. Browse our products and
see for yourself. We think you’ll love it.

Meet the Head Office team

Antonia Robertson-Kupitz

The list of skills required to start up and run a successful franchise craft business is too long to list! Creative talent, a shrewd business brain, organisational skills, vision and a mum of three children – that doesn’t scratch the surface. Suffice to say since 2005, Toni’s drive and enthusiasm has built a business based on love of family, love of craft and a deep understanding of what matters most to mums and dads everywhere – it’s the little things that end up being so big and important.

Stephen Robertson

Soon after his wife Antonia started Tootsie Toes, Stephen joined the company as co-director, bringing extensive and in-depth experience of marketing, business consultancy and fine art. Still working as an artist today, Stephen works primarily in a business support role, ensuring the smooth roll-out of the UK franchise network, and assisting Antonia in product design and development.

Dougie

We could never forget the important part that Dougie plays in the running of the business. If we ever get too focused or work too many long hours, Dougie’s always on hand to remind us of what matters most – him. Yes, it’s Dougie’s role to help keep the work/life balance in check and he does an excellent job. He wouldn’t have it any other way.

Keech Hospice Care – Luton

“Keech Hospice Care has worked with Tootsie Toes for a number of years, in order to train our nurses in the craft of making 3D plaster casts of hands and feet of the children in our care. We believe this practice to be an extremely important part of the palliative care process for both the children and their families, with the casts being cherished as a precious keepsake for years to come.

We have also added the making of plaster casts to our training manual for care nurses, such is the significance of this process to the families of the children being treated by us.

Tootsie Toes provide the training service to our nurses free of charge, in an informal and enjoyable format, a couple of times per year. They are also on hand by phone or email, should we have any problems or queries with any technical aspects of cast making.

We look forward to continuing our association with Tootsie Toes on an ongoing basis. Their enthusiasm for the craft, the sensitivity of their approach and the excellent, free of charge training they provide us with, makes them an ideal partner for Keech Hospice Care”
